A very handsome table

The other day, I had a headache and went upstairs to lay down. Trevor came up to make me feel better by giving me a massage. I thought that was so sweet! Until he fell asleep next to me. I got Knox up and put on a movie in our room, thinking that would wake Trevor up. Um, no. Knox put his duck and his fruit snacks on Trevor’s back, using him as a recliner/ table combo while he watched his movie. That boy is nothing if not resourceful!

Tomorrow we are taking Knox up to Charlotte to see a developmental pediatrician in hopes for a more thorough evaluation and some advice. She’s supposed to be an Autism specialist, so I’m very interested to hear her insight and advice. Hopefully it goes well! He’s been talking a lot this week, which is promising. He’s been doing more requesting and trying to name common items on his own, so we are very encouraged about his level of growth and understanding. It’s so nice to hear his little voice more often!
