I have horrible skin. Seriously, I hate it. It’s dry and itchy, and I dread the winter when I have to wear long sleeves and be itchy all the live-long day. Oh, and I also dread the summer when it’s hot as blazes outside and my skin gets even drier. See my predicament??
When I was contacted by Dove® to try their new VisibleCare™ Renewing Crème Body Wash, I was all over it. I love Dove products as it is, and I was eager to try this new premium body wash to see if it was anything special. Well, let me tell you, when I run out of this bottle (which is a huge 18 ounces), I will be buying another.
VisibleCare contains the highest concentration of NutriumMoisture technology across the Dove portfolio. I absolutely LOVE this stuff! Typically, I am super cheap when it comes to toiletry-type items and buy whatever is on sale at the grocery store when I run out. I figured body wash is all the same, and I’ve actually just been using cheap bar soap lately. This pretty much proved that I’m an idiot because it is NOT all the same!! After I use this body wash, I step out of the shower feeling like I already have lotion on- my skin is so well-hydrated and smoother than it was before. Also? It smells fantastic!!
There are three variants of Dove’s® new VisibleCare™ line, including the Renewing Crème that I tried which is designed to nourish and replenish skin. It has a rich, pearlescent crème format with luxurious lather and clean rinse. It contains a mild cleanser, glycerin and stearic acid. It also has a fruity floral fragrance that includes a modern combination of pink mimosa and pomegranate- it smells light and amazing!! The other two types are the Toning Crème to help promote skin’s elasticity and strength (I may be trying this one next to see if it helps these glorious stretch marks!) and the Softening Crème to soften skin and dry spots. Dove promises that these new NutriumMoisture body washes will give you more beautiful skin in one week, and I can attest to the fact that it does. I am so, so impressed with this product! It makes my five minute shower (aka: my only alone time of the day), so much better.
