After many months of planning, crafting and decorating, Brody’s nursery is finally finished!! I absolutely love how it turned out, and I am so excited to bring him home to his new room sometime very soon! Without further ado, here are tons of pictures of Brody’s space!
This picture shows the wall color most accurately- it’s a bright, cheery aqua, but it shows up light blue in most of the other pictures for some reason!
Well, there it is! I hope you guys like it as much as we do. Knox certainly loves it, he loves to sneak in and take toys from Brody’s basket! Now, all we need is Brody!
In case anyone is wondering where any particular item in the room came from, here’s a source list for the room, I think I got everything in there!!

Brody’s room looks adorable!!! Great job, turning your vision into reality!
Wow! I love it! How did you make the book racks? Those are adorable and I seriously need something like that! lol
Jessica, thanks! Just follow the link in the source list for more info on the slings!! I think I accidentally erased that link when I posted this, but it’s back, now!
I love it! Everything turned out great…my favorite by far are the paintings above the changing table…Great colors and so fun!
Awesome! You should design nurseries as a living because this is just too darn cute
Aw, thanks!!! That’d be a fun job!!
Looks awesome! Can you come decorate at my house? I haven’t done a thing for baby girl #2′s room. Really, there’s nothing in there. And come to think of it, I never really even decorated Shelby’s room and she’s almost two!
Jessica. Seriously. This room is amazing! I literally love everything about it from the colors, to the bibles verses to the art work. You can just see the love you put into the room and that will continue to surround your baby boy. That dresser turned out gorgeous!!! Maybe you have a new career in decorating?! Hang in there, girl, he’s almost here!
Allyce, thank you so much! I had the best time doing his room- hopefully he’ll feel comfortable in there and love it as much as I do!
OMG! It looks sooooo good! Never would have thought to hang the big B but I like it. You are very creative. Good Job!
And have I mentioned how much I love the name Brody?!?!
OMG LOVE it! Well done! And thank you for the list of where you got everything, because I was going to ask you where you got half the things as I was looking at the pics
Absolutely STUNNING! Well done, Momma!
OH WOW, Momma! Fantastic job! Now I just can’t wait to meet the little fella
Gorgeous! Thank you for sharing the details. Can’t wait to see cute little Brody make it home.
It looks so good! Love it! I am working on Baby Girl #2′s room. I have 14 weeks to go! How did you create the scripture yourself? I love them, but would like to create something in different colors.
Thanks!
Sarah, I did it in Photoshop. It took forever! LOL
Jessica, you are so talented. I need some advice for finishing Graydon’s room, will you please help me?? lol
Thanks, Anne! Of course I will!
LOVE it!!!! Really love the pictures above the changing table! Been following your story since before you were pregnant with Knox and have you linked on my blog as a ‘fun read.’ Can’t wait to see pictures of your new little guy!
This is seriously amazing!!!
It’s gorgeous! I love every single detail!
I’m relatively new to your blog but I just love it. I’m 20 weeks pregnant and have really enjoyed and have been uplifted by all your posts. I have 2 questions: what is the type and name of the paint color you used, it is great! and where did you get the Jeremiah 1:5 picture?
it’s perfect. i love those paintings (which i’ve said before) & i love that pillow! & the B!
I love every single detail of this room! The dresser is amazing and L’s art work is just precious! Great job mama!!
awww his room is adorable! Were having a little girl and i have so many nursery inspirations saved!
I LOVE his nursery! You did an amazing job!!!
Hi Jessica!
At six months old, he has been such a blessing.
I have been a faithful reader (more like lurker) for over a year now. I, too, struggled with infertility and then found out I was pregnant in December 2010. After an incredibly nerve wracking pregnancy, Emerson Andrew was born on August 1st
Anyway, I am redoing his nursery because I never got a chance to do it correctly the first time around, and I have a questions: how did you do those animal silhouettes above Brody’s crib? Did you draw them yourself of did you use a stencil? I love them! I read the DIY tutorial you linked to but couldn’t find them
Any advice would be much appreciated!
And GOOD LUCK this week! I predict a baby by this weekend
Nevermind, I found it!
Okay, good!
Tasha, congratulations on your sweet boy!
Since you already found the tutorial, I won’t go into a lengthy explanation!
I’m thinking this weekend, too, but we’ll have to see!
