Oh my gosh, my baby is almost crawling. I could have a near-panic attack here about how fast he’s growing up, but instead, let’s focus on the cuteness of Knox doing his army man crawl across his blanket. He is going after a watch (what can I say, my child loves bling of any kind… he’s kind of like a squirrel in that respect).
Can you believe that? I can’t. It *just* happened in the past three days, and now he’s scooting around like nobody’s business. He is now a man on a mission when he sees something he wants (like the trash can). His new favorite thing? Crawling over to the Jumperoo, laying underneath it, looking up and touching it with his hand to make the music start. Why is that fun? I don’t know. But he likes it.
I’m not sure how I feel about this growing up thing… one part of me is so incredibly happy to see him progressing and growing up. Because he’s supposed to. That’s the way it works, right? The other part? It screams “SLOW DOWN!” No matter how many times people tell you that kids grow up so fast, you’ll never understand the true implications of that statement until you experience it for yourself. So, at the risk of sounding oh-so-cliche, let me tell y’all, THEY GROW UP SO FAST!
I swear, I just gave birth to him, like, yesterday.

That is so funny. My daughter just literally started doing the army crawl this weekend too! We went home to visit my parents and all I could say was how she has not even tried to crawl, just roll. Then as soon as I set her down she does this funky army crawl to her toy. Go figure! Good luck with this new stage in Knox’s life.
How incredibly cute!! My son just started crawling a couple weeks ago and he’s already climbing stairs and almost walking. I swear he’s almost ready to go to high school. Goes WAY too fast
I know exactly what you mean. Parker is going to be 1 next Friday (Sep. 10) and I can’t believe it! I feel like I just had him, and already he is crawling and trying to stand up without holding on to anything. I know he’ll walk in the next month and I’m so not ready.
No matter how many times you hear that statement, you never really understand how quickly time goes by until you are watching your little ones grow up.
Oh and like I was told…it’s time to get some roller skates
He’s on the move!
So, so, SO fricken cute!
So precious! Seriously, cutest little boy I’ve ever seen! And nice watch haha!
Too cute!! Now it’s time to start baby-proofing the drawers and cabinets! We just had to lock the toliets–you don’t want to know!
