Baby Shower #1

Posted on | December 13, 2009 | 5 Comments

My very first baby shower was absolutely amazing! Thanks so much to my awesome hostesses, Lindsey and Sara, for doing such a great job! We had a fantastic turnout, I think there were about 20 ladies there, which was amazing. It was so much fun to hang out with so many of my family and friends at once. Knox is already so loved, I can’t even put into words how blessed we are.

We got SO many great gifts, I could not believe how generous everyone was. I will be taking some more pictures tomorrow to show you guys some of our goodies, but for starters we received a breast pump, Boppy, nursing pillow, bathtub, endless outfits and onesies, bottles, bouncer, play mat, lots of feeding accessories, sheets, and more than I can even remember! Lindsey painted a surfboard for Knox’s wall and it is fantastic! I’ll post a picture of that tomorrow, too. Here are some pics from the event. I had the best time!

It was a great day, and I can’t believe there is another shower tomorrow! What a fun weekend!

What a wonderful time! I had a "bedrest baby shower" yesterday too. People are so generous, it's amazing! Aren't we lucky that our little ones are so adored and loved already? :)
